After making an appointment approx a month ago for my toddler, I call two days prior to my appointment to confirm the address and check in as to why I didn't receive a confirmation email, to be told the physiotherapist does not feel comfortable working with children (this was not brought to my attention at all when I booked my appt weeks ago) 🙃 they did rectify their mistake by finding me another physiotherapist in another facility/company and I was told to call them directly to make an appt. Thanks to their mishap I will have waited 2 months for my child to be seen by a physiotherapist. 👍 Unprofessional to say the least.

Last February I was in a motor vehicle accident and from the very beginning Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation has been nothing but amazing at helping me get through my recovery. I was immediately set up with Anna Yufa-Laserson who is incredibly kind, thorough and informative. She taught and guided me through so many great stretches and exercises. The knowledge she provided me with I will be able to take into the future and utilize in my day to day. I highly recommend her! I also was referred for massage therapy and primarily saw Laura and Craig. They were both incredible therapists. They both were exceptional at pinpointing exactly where my pain was coming from and I always left feeling relieved. Phenomenal experience through and through, highly recommend!

My therapist’s were just wonderful. Anna is so happy and friendly. She is also very knowledgeable and answers any questions you may have. When I get my other knee replaced I hope I have Anna again!

I recently had knee replacement surgery and attended sports medicine at Eagle Ridge. I must say I recommend them highly. I dealt with three amazing staff, Anna Yufa- Laserson, Mr Brian Carroll and Kristyn Hrycyna. These three staff were friendly, respectful , and extremely helpful. They guided me through each session with a lot of patience. They taught me ways to improve my strength which has helped me on the road to a quick recovery. I recommend this rehab centre highly.

This is not my first time at Sports Medicine. I find that all staff are friendly always having a smile and always willing to help with my recovery. If an issue arises they are always willing to advise to the right direction.

This was an amazing facility and the staff were top notch. After my car accident they helped me sort through all the insurance hassle, made it all super easy and accessible for me (handling the paperwork for me), and the treatment I received was excellent. I made a full recovery under the excellent supervision of Dr. Anna Yufa-Laserson, who was supportive, determined, charming and a true professional. I also did some training with Ben who helped me learn new tricks and recover even faster. I couldn't be happier and absolutely recommend checking this place out if you're having any issues whatsoever!

I’d been suffering for 7 months when I started with Shannon. She assured me that I could be treated and would be pain free. After 9 sessions of hands on therapy I felt we’l enough to stop and in the two weeks since, with continuing exercising I am feeling almost 100% better.

The staff are friendly and professional from the moment you walk through the door until you leave. My physiotherapist, Andrea, is not only treating my injuries, but advocates on my behalf, and collaborates with a care team to ensure I achieve a maximum recovery. I have received exceptional care after my accident, and would highly recommend this clinic for rehabilitation.
